Minster Law is seeking an experienced solicitor to manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims for our clients across England and Wales. The role focuses on cases with large quantum (£50k-£150k) and requires technical capability in liability and causation, with guidance to junior colleagues.

You will mentor and support the Serious Injury team, work with multidisciplinary experts, and drive settlement while maintaining exceptional client care and adherence to KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with 4+ years post qualification experience or equivalent to charge and recover Grade B rates.
• Proven track record of dealing with serious injury claims; experienced litigator with technical ability and practical knowledge of court procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client care for each client.
• Excellent communication skills including negotiation and objection handling.
• Accountability for achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment with high work quality.
• Competent using a case management system and good knowledge of Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent client care to clients who have suffered a traumatic and life-changing event.
• Support Team Leader in leadership and motivation with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct regular technical and case reviews, providing feedback and mentoring as required.
• Communicate with clients regularly and in person.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of experts (medical, case managers, etc.).
• Analyse evidence and research legal issues on liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Secure early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
• Assist in optimising client settlements.
• Utilise a task-based case management system to maintain client contact and expectations.
