Job summary

Carpenters Group is recruiting a Solicitor or CILEX qualified PI lawyer to manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims, with emphasis on Road Traffic Accident matters. You will progress portal cases into fast track and multi-track while seeking maximum damages and recoverable costs.

You will maintain proactive communication with lay and insurer clients, build rapport, obtain medical reports, and work with the Team Leader to handle more contentious files under

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with personal injury experience.
• Experience handling fast track and multi-track PI caseloads.
• Strong client care and analytical skills; knowledge of CPR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated PI claims, focusing on RTA matters.
• Progress portal cases to fast track and/or multi-track; maximise damages and costs.
• Maintain proactive communication with lay and insurer clients throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
• Obtain medical reports promptly and keep insurers informed of progress.
• Support junior team members and work with Team Leader on contentious files.
