Job summary

Carpenters Limited is seeking a solicitor or CILEX-qualified lawyer to manage a caseload of personal injury claims, focusing on Road Traffic Accidents. The role balances portal work with fast track and multi-track cases, ensuring progression, optimal damages, and cost recovery.

You will maintain client and insurer relationships, liaise with medical and other agencies, and support ongoing training and development within a growing firm. A hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent client care and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients and insurers throughout the claim.
• Drive portal claims into Fast Track and/or Multi-Track, maximizing damages and recoverable costs.
• Provide advice on liability and quantum and progress claims.
• Support junior team members with queries.
• Collaborate with Team Leader/Head of Department on contentious files.
