Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial statutory social work experience required.
• Experience supervising workers and/or students.
• Knowledge of adoption regulations and signs of safety approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Permanence Team under the Team Manager.
• Chair matching meetings for long-term fostering and provide oversight.
• Lead on Child Permanence Reports and Adoption Support plans.
• Ensure robust analysis informs matching, introduction and placement support.
• Drive practice development and trauma-informed service delivery.
