Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in statutory social work practice.
• Ability to produce high‑quality Child Permanence Reports and related assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the Permanence Team under Team Manager guidance.
• Lead in signs of safety practice and chair pod meetings.
• Complete Child Permanence Reports and Adoption Support plans with tight deadlines.
• Chair matching meetings for long‑term fostering cases and support adopters with documentation.
