  • Lead CRM strategy, including audience segmentation, automation and customer journeys to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Support the continued growth of organic traffic, working with agency partners to improve visibility across search and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital experience teams to improve website performance and conversion rates through testing and optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, highlighting opportunities, risks and areas for optimisation.
  • Use customer and market insight to shape future acquisition strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Brand & Campaign Development
  • Deliver brand-led acquisition campaigns that balance long-term awareness with short-term commercial performance.
  • Work closely with Brand and Content teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across all acquisition channels.
  • Measure brand performance and continually refine campaigns based on insight and results.
  • Lead and support a small marketing team, providing coaching, guidance and development.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration.
