David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to hire a Senior Performance Marketer to lead hands-on paid acquisition and optimise growth across international markets. The role offers ownership of large media budgets, direct impact on CAC/CPA/ROAS, and strong creative testing influence within the Growth team.

You'll drive acquisition strategies across B2C channels, scale campaigns across platforms, and work remotely within Europe/Asia.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership.
• Managed large monthly spend and CAC/CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Strong background in B2C acquisition for consumer apps/subscriptions.
• Familiar with LTV and payback concepts.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Directly control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets.
• Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions and determine what to test, scale or stop.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C consumer channels.
• Scale campaigns across multiple markets and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume creative testing to identify scalable opportunities.
• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support commercial decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition performance.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and priorities.
• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition challenges.
