David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join the Growth team. The role focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, launching, testing and optimising campaigns, with potential to manage larger budgets over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Experience launching and optimizing campaigns personally.
• Familiarity with at least one scalable consumer platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
• Optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Test audiences, creatives, and strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into actions.
• Own campaigns and communicate contributions and results.
• Progress toward independently managing larger budgets.
