David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to onboard a Junior Performance Marketer for their Growth team. The role is remote (Europe CET+3 max) with a B2B engagement preferred, offering hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream channels and opportunities to grow toward managing larger budgets.

The successful candidate will launch, test and optimise campaigns, collaborating with the CMO & Co-founder, and contribute to CAC and ROAS metrics while supporting

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis.
• Comfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship product.

Mansioni

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer advertising platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisation.
