David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to hire a Junior Performance Marketer for the Growth team. The role centers on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, with responsibilities to launch, test and optimise campaigns, while developing toward independent budget management alongside the CMO & Co-founder.

Remote work from Europe; B2B contractor engagement; fluent English required; experience in paid media on platforms like Meta,

Competenze

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with scalable consumer acquisition platforms (Meta/TikTok/Google/Instagram/Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and conversions.
• Able to explain campaign contributions and results clearly.
• Strong testing mindset across audiences, creatives and campaigns.
• Comfortable with NSFW AI companionship product.
• Willing to work on a B2B contractor basis.

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
