SeekMe is recruiting a 12-month maternity cover for an analytical Senior Performance Analyst in Birmingham. The role focuses on exploring data, identifying trends, ensuring data quality and producing clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making and property compliance.

You will lead data support services, manage stock investment data, and work with cross-functional teams to improve financial frameworks and reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience designing business management processes and managing complex data sources.
• Strong background in financial management and budgetary control techniques.
• Experience within Housing Associations or the wider public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the appraisal, development and improvement of data support services for stock investment programs and asset management data.
• Compile reports for senior management on financial data, performance and Best Value; perform quantitative analysis.
• Interrogate project and property data with cross-team collaboration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Role Overview

A 12-month maternity cover position for an analytical Senior Performance Analyst supporting a Housing Association. The role focuses on exploring data, identifying trends, ensuring data quality, and producing clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making and property compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Management: Lead the appraisal, development, and improvement of data support services, specifically regarding stock investment programs, service contracts, and the Asset Management stock database.
• Reporting & Analysis: Compile reports for senior management on financial data, performance, strategy, and Best Value; perform quantitative data analysis.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Surveying, Contract Management, and Property Compliance teams to interrogate project and property data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process & Financial Operations: Assist in preparing budgets, financial frameworks, and identifying process or cost-saving improvements.

Key Requirements

• Experience designing business management processes, managing complex data sources, and overseeing project delivery.
• Strong background in financial management, budgetary control techniques, and relevant software/data packages.
• Prior experience within a Housing Association or the wider public sector is preferred.
