Lorien in London is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to work with senior leaders, shaping and delivering people strategies that boost business performance and colleague engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into practical, governance‑aligned people solutions across a large matrix organisation and multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior‑level HR Business Partnering.
• Proven track record advising executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Experience supporting significant business or organisational transformation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, organisational design and workforce planning.
• Combines strategic thinking with pragmatic, commercially focused delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Confident challenging senior stakeholders and influencing across styles.
• Resilient and adaptable in ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach with credibility and trust.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and develop aligned people strategies.
• Provide strategic advice and challenge, helping leaders navigate complex organisational matters.
• Translate enterprise‑wide HR frameworks into practical, business‑specific plans and outcomes.
• Use people data and insight to support workforce planning, talent management and organisational design.
• Identify emerging people risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Challenge legacy thinking and reframe problems into opportunities.
• Support complex and sensitive people matters with governance and consistency.
• Collaborate with People Advisory, CoEs, People Operations and Change teams to deliver joined‑up solutions.
• Influence people strategy and its execution across multiple geographies.
• Champion inclusion and create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
