Lomond Group, based at St Mary's Axe in London, seeks a Senior Partner, People Experience to translate people initiatives into commercial outcomes. Hybrid working with a competitive salary and a chance to shape people strategy at scale.

Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and a strong people agenda across Lomond's growing business. A pivotal role partnering across brands and functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic people role.
• Ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Deliver strategic people solutions to improve performance, engagement and retention.
• Support leaders through periods of change, growth and transformation.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for informed decisions.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management practices.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with balanced, commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce planning to support future growth.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the wider People Experience team to ensure consistent people practices.
• Support development and implementation of people policies and frameworks.
