Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as senior strategic partner to the FGFS Executive and SLT, delivering expert people insight, employment law guidance and organisational design within a regulated financial services context.

Reporting to the People & Culture Director and deputising across the executive and board, you will lead complex OD programmes, drive data-led HR strategies and partner with senior leaders to enable performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP/People Lead experience in regulated environments.
• Strong org design and change management expertise.
• Deep employment law knowledge with autonomous work style.
• Experience using people data and analytics for decisions.
• Experience presenting to Exec/Board stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset linking people strategy to performance.
• Experience with TUPE, M&A and transformation.
• Strong coaching and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FGFS People strategy with the CEO/board forums.
• Lead organisational design and restructure with regulatory compliance.
• Provide employment law advice and manage high-risk ER casework.
• Drive data-led people insight and analytics to inform decisions.
• Partner with FGFS business areas to deliver people solutions.
• Line manage a Junior People Business Partner.
