Job summary

Beam is seeking a Lead People Partner to work with senior leaders to build a high-performance culture. You’ll diagnose what’s hindering teams’ performance using people data and drive practical, data-informed actions.

You’ll also help turn our People strategy into reality by implementing key initiatives across the business. You’ll lead complex ER and performance matters, coach managers, and partner with leadership on organisational design as Beam grows, embedding changes so they stick.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and culture.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems using data and business context.
• Experience in organisational design and restructuring.
• Experience managing ER, grievances, disciplinaries and complex absence.
• Ability to implement People strategy and ensure changes stick.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance issues with data and business insight.
• Coach managers to raise expectations and address underperformance.
• Lead complex ER and performance casework across Beam.
• Collaborate on levelling, promotions and evolving structures.
