Job summary

PeopleCert Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our hybrid People Team. You will lead the people strategy for your business area, partner with senior leaders, and drive organisational design, talent management and DEI initiatives.

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery to transform, develop and enable high-performing teams. You will collaborate across the business to embed a values-led culture, manage risks, and ensure compliance while delivering strategic

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior HR partnership.
Experience supporting acquisitions and large-scale organisational change.
Broad expertise across HR disciplines including design, transformation, change management and culture development.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into people solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead on people strategy delivery for your business area, aligned to People priorities.
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders, embedding a high-performance culture.
Lead initiatives in organisational design, talent management and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Identify and mitigate people-related risks while ensuring policy/legislation compliance.
Champion inclusive leadership and foster belonging, wellbeing and purpose.
