Job summary

PYVITAL is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Senior Talent & Performance Manager. This senior, hands-on role shapes and delivers the organisation’s talent, performance and leadership development agenda.

You’ll work with senior leaders and HR to strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, career progression and a culture of meaningful performance conversations, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management or Leadership Development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver talent, succession or career development programmes.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing talent decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change management capability.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate people data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the organisation’s performance framework and annual processes.
• Drive a culture of feedback, accountability and high-quality performance conversations.
• Lead talent review and succession planning, building strong pipelines.
• Design and deliver talent and leadership development programmes.
• Provide insights to support promotions and career progression.
• Develop workforce planning insights and dashboards.
