INTO University Partnerships is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support our Education Centres in Exeter and Manchester. Working closely with centre leaders, you will shape people priorities, influence decisions and create conditions for colleagues to thrive.

You will lead on employee relations, contribute to workforce planning and organisational change, and use people insight to help leaders make well-informed decisions. The role is UK-based with travel to both locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Shape people priorities for Education Centres in Exeter and Manchester.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters.
• Contribute to workforce planning and organisational change.
• Help leaders make well-informed decisions using people insight.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development.
• Partner with senior leaders across Education Centres.
