Job summary

ENSEK is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to deliver scalable, compliant operations across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll own core HR processes, improve systems, and provide practical support to the People team, managers and staff.

You’ll lead data quality, payroll and benefits coordination, partner with Finance, and drive projects that enhance the employee experience while ensuring governance and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Operations or People Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Proficient in HRIS, reporting, and data quality.
• Ability to interpret people data and plan practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead core People Operations processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Own people data quality, HR systems, and reporting.
• Advise on payroll, benefits, and employee relations queries.
• Partner with Finance and managers to deliver consistent processes.
• Support employee relations investigations and performance discussions.
• Maintain policies, templates, and governance guidance.
