Cloudscaler in London is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the most complex employee relations cases and to drive end-to-end People initiatives. You’ll be the first dedicated People professional alongside the Chief People Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and for shaping how the function runs until the People Partner joins later in 2027.

You’ll partner closely with the CPO, run payroll, benefits, onboarding, screenings and security clearances, and design practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex employee relations disciplinaries and grievances.
• Proven track record of owning initiatives from brief to running and embedding.
• Hands-on with payroll, onboarding, benefits administration and security checks.
• Credible with senior leaders and able to influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own the hardest ER cases end to end, with the CPO guidance.
• Own People initiatives from design through embedding.
• Run operational core including payroll, benefits, onboarding and screenings.
• Handover to the incoming People Partner and ensure smooth transition.
