Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Head of Data & Analytics for a large Social Housing organisation. This 12-month fixed-term role will lead enterprise-wide data strategy and analytics, develop governance and architecture, and empower evidence-based decision-making.

The role requires one day per week onsite at the Birmingham head office. You will provide strategic leadership across data governance, data quality, architecture, BI, analytics and data culture, ensuring measurable value from information

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data-related field is required.
• Proven leadership of data & analytics in a large, complex org.
• Experience delivering enterprise data strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
• Design and embed data governance, quality, and ownership models.
• Oversee data architecture, warehousing, and analytics platforms.
• Drive BI, dashboards, and self-service analytics across the organisation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for data.
