Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior People Science Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will partner with customers across EMEA and North America, owning studies from question through to action, combining psychology-based methods with advanced analytics.

You’ll work with AI tools to accelerate research, present clear insights, and deliver practical recommendations to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in organisational psychology or related field or equivalent applied research experience
• Applied experience using quantitative methods on workforce data
• Strong command of inferential statistics (regression, multi-level, longitudinal) and appropriate method choice
• Experience owning complex analytical work end to end and delivering clear recommendations
• A track record of building decks for HR and executive audiences
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in research, maintaining rigor

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and own studies end to end from problem clarification to design, delivery and recommendations
• Design, clean, combine and explore platform and customer data with privacy safeguards
• Conduct rigorous analyses across engagement, lifecycle, performance and team data to generate actionable insights
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and communication while maintaining rigor
• Collaborate with customer-facing scientists to apply methods and trade-offs appropriately
• Identify themes and stories to improve culture and business outcomes and communicate them via reports and presentations
• Create reusable methods, templates and assets and manage scope, priorities and timelines
