Job summary

D R Newitt & Associates are recruiting a Senior People Advisor for a growing client in the food industry. The role focuses on leading complex employee relations matters and partnering with the Head of People & Culture to drive people priorities and improve the employee experience.

You will take a visible role on site, coaching managers through people matters and ensuring processes such as probation reviews, IDPs and stay interviews are completed consistently. Unique company benefits are on offer.

D R Newitt are working with a close client in the Food industry who due to growth are currently looking to add a Senior People Advisor to the Team.

On offer is a salary of 40,000 plus unique company benefits.

Key Duties:

• Lead significant and complex ER matters
• Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to deliver People priorities, provide cover and delegated support where appropriate
• Take a visible role across the site to build trust, strengthen employee voice and improve the employee experience
• Drive consistent completion of probations, performance reviews/IDPs, one-to-ones, stay interviews, return-to-work meetings and absence reviews.
• Coach managers to manage people matters confidently and consistently.
• Review how People processes operate in practice and introduce simpler, more effective ways of working
• Ensure key People measures are accurately captured and used to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Team Development
