Job summary

K.A.G. Recruitment Consultancy partners with a leading Food Manufacturing company in Wrexham seeking a Senior People Advisor to provide senior HR support across site. This role focuses on complex employee relations, coaching managers and delivering training to strengthen engagement and culture.

You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture, ensure timely reviews and KPI reporting, and help maintain compliance with UK employment law and GDPR across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR/People experience with complex ER case management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• Experience delivering training, briefings, workshops and inductions.
• Highly organised and process-driven with timely action tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead on significant and complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence, flexible working and appeals.
• Coach managers to manage people matters confidently and deliver practical training, policy briefings and manager workshops.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to People Team colleagues and ensure consistent delivery of lifecycle actions.
• Deliver HR KPIs and dashboards covering turnover, absence, ER, engagement and diversity with actionable recommendations.
• Support Head of People & Culture to ensure practices align with UK law, GDPR, right-to-work obligations.
