Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior HR adviser or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Ability to coach managers in staff interventions and policy compliance
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes

Responsabilités

• Act as senior point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law
• Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases
• Lead organisational change and TUPE-related activities
• Develop HR policies and templates for consistent practice
• Support managers with workforce planning and decision-making
• Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data
