Senior Pensions Scheme Events Administrator

Role Overview

Based in Leeds, the Senior Pensions Administrator – Scheme Events will support senior associates with pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting, and testing automated calculation solutions. The successful candidate will manage large projects, maintain reporting requirements, and ensure full system automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery standards with the Team Leader.
  • Escalate issues and provide technical support.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Review work performed by junior associates and mentor them.
  • Identify training needs and performance issues.
  • Monitor projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop documentation and automate testing processes.
  • Assist with data quality, data cleaning, and large mailing projects.
  • Manage project costs and client relationships.
