Job summary

Fundment Limited in London is hiring a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team. You will be the first line of response to adviser and client queries on pensions and ISA, ensuring accurate, timely administration and regulatory reporting.

Reporting to the Pensions Director, you will handle high-volume tasks, contribute to process improvements with the engineering team, and help drive compliance with HMRC and FCA rules while supporting flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• First line of support for pensions and ISA queries.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of pension regulatory reporting.
• Experience with complex pension administration including drawdown, death cases & regulator taxation payments.
• Ability to translate HMRC, FCA and other regulator rules to ensure compliant processes.
• Substantial experience with UK investment platforms offering pensions, ISA and GIA accounts.
• Experience in regulatory reporting for pensions and ISA.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of response to adviser and client queries on pensions and ISA.
• Complete high-volume daily pension administration tasks and respond to emails promptly.
• Answer technical questions from advisers by phone with clear, authoritative responses.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to automate pension administration on the Fundment platform.
• Report to the Pensions Director to ensure pension tasks are completed daily and on schedule.
