Job summary

Isio Group Limited in Belfast (and other UK offices) is seeking experienced Pensions Administrators to deliver high-quality administration for Defined Benefit schemes within a hybrid work model. You will handle member inquiries, process scheme activities, and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires excellent member service, strong communication, and DB pensions experience, with proficiency in MS Office and pensions systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pension administrator with Defined Benefit schemes.
• Excellent member service focus and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong communication skills with clients, members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-standard pension administration services to Defined Benefit clients.
• Process scheme activities in line with scheme rules and SLAs.
• Provide empathetic service to members via phone, email and web.
• Calculate member benefits and produce letters/reports.
