Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of pensions administration.
• Experience with DB schemes (leavers, retirements, transfers, benefit statements).
• Knowledge of relevant pensions legislation and acts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to best practice procedures in pensions administration.
• Participate in renewals, benefit statements, life assurance and pension increases.
• Mentor junior staff and train colleagues where needed.
• Handle client queries and maintain systems with accuracy.
