Qualifications

• Knowledge of pensions administration activities and regulatory framework.
• Experience with Defined Benefit schemes (leavers, retirements, transfers, pension increases).
• Numerical aptitude demonstrated via work or academics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to best practice procedures in pensions administration tasks.
• Support annual projects: renewals, benefit statements, life assurance, PHI, pension increases.
• Handle data processing and administration tasks to meet customer and legislative requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and perform first-level checks on completed work.
• Respond to internal/external queries and support client relationships.
