Job summary

Isio is seeking experienced Pension Administrators to join our pensions administration team in Reading, with a hybrid workstyle. You will deliver high-quality service to Defined Benefit scheme clients and their members, ensuring tasks align with scheme rules and SLAs.

Key duties include handling member contacts, processing activities accurately, using various tools to track cases, and escalating issues promptly. Strong IT skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pension administrator delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes.
• Excellent member service focus with the ability to manage expectations.
• Good communication skills with clients, members and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and SLAs.
• Strong IT skills, comfortable with MS Office and system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members.
• Ensure scheme activities are processed in line with scheme rules and client SLAs.
• Provide accurate, timely and empathetic contact via phone and email.
• Record actions and manage cases through to conclusion, with regular updates.
