Job summary

Hymans Robertson in the UK seeks a Senior Pensions Administrator to join the Client Services team. You will manage pension records, process events, and support workflow with a focus on accuracy and client service. Hybrid working is available with two in-office days per week across Birmingham, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.

The role requires solid experience in DB, DC and CARE schemes, MSP/UPM familiarity, and strong organisational and communication skills to support colleagues and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Proven day-to-day pension administration experience across DB/DC/CARE schemes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is completed in line with guidelines, procedures and service levels.
• Maintain member records on UPM and process events like retirements and transfers.
• Support workflow management and check calculations and outputs.
• Provide professional, client-focused service meeting agreed timescales.
• Identify errors and escalate to mitigate risks and regulatory issues.
• Report and manage feedback, and support service improvements.
