Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a leading UK pensions consultancy to recruit a Senior Pensions Administrator for their Manchester team. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work with high-quality pensions consulting and advisory services.

You will manage a portfolio of DB schemes (with some DC), ensuring day-to-day administration aligns with scheme rules, legislation, and SLAs. Strong DB experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience administering Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and technical processes.
• Experience working in a third-party administration environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of schemes.
• Processing member and scheme events.
• Reviewing work completed by junior Pension Administrators.
• Producing member communications, letters and reports.
• Supporting client and trustee meetings when required.
• Participating in ad-hoc administration projects.
