Job summary

Isio is seeking Senior Pension Administrators to support our Defined Benefit pension scheme clients. The role offers hybrid working across multiple UK office locations and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage a portfolio of schemes, ensuring service levels, complex calculations, and member inquiries are handled to high standards. You will contribute to the development of less experienced colleagues, keep abreast of changes, and collaborate with risk/compliance teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and peer review.
• Strong knowledge of member calculation processes, DB schemes, governing legislation.
• Excellent communication with clients, members and colleagues.
• Strong prioritisation to manage multiple tasks to meet SLAs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; drive for improvement.
• Desirable PMI or similar professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard administration to Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members.
• Perform complex pension calculations and input data across automated and manual processes.
• Communicate with clients and members on complex queries, including trustee meetings when needed.
• Peer review and check work for accuracy and compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
• Stay updated on technical, procedural and legislative changes affecting portfolios.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members; lead small ad hoc projects.
