Job summary

Isio is seeking Senior Pension Administrators to deliver excellent service for Defined Benefit pension schemes across a portfolio of clients and members. You will handle complex calculations, data entry, and enquiries, while ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.

The role supports a hybrid working pattern across multiple UK offices, and the team welcomes applicants who may prefer either full or part-time hours within the 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Senior Pensions Administrator with DB scheme experience.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and handle enquiries.
• Knowledge of DB schemes, governance and legislation.
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• PMI qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to Defined Benefit pension clients and their members.
• Process scheme activities in line with SLA requirements.
• Perform complex pension calculations and data entry across events.
• Respond to client and member enquiries; attend trustee meetings as needed.
• Peer review and coach junior team members.
• Manage small ad hoc projects and assist risk/compliance teams.
