Job summary

Isio is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join our Pensions Administration team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will support Defined Benefit scheme clients and their members across multiple offices in the UK with a hybrid working model, including Glasgow.

You will perform complex pension calculations, ensure SLA delivery, and mentor junior colleagues while staying abreast of regulatory changes. This is a client-focused, technically demanding role at Isio.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Pension Administrator delivering administration for Defined Benefit schemes.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and peer review.
• Knowledge of member calculation processes and DB scheme rules.
• Strong communication with clients, members and colleagues.
• Excellent prioritisation and time-management to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members.
• Process scheme activities in line with scheme rules and SLAs.
• Perform complex pension calculations, data entry, and handle enquiries across processes.
• Communicate with clients and members; attend trustee/client meetings as needed.
• Peer review and check work for accuracy and compliance with rules.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; manage ad hoc projects as needed.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance to handle errors and complaints per procedures.
