Job summary

Isio is seeking Senior Pension Administrators for a 12-month fixed-term contract across multiple UK offices, including Reading, with a hybrid workstyle. You will deliver DB pension scheme administration, perform complex calculations and provide high-quality service to clients and members.

You will mentor colleagues, stay updated on legislative changes, and contribute to risk and compliance efforts. This role offers strong career development and a market-competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and peer review calculations.
• Strong knowledge of member calculation processes, DB schemes and governing legislation.
• Excellent communication with clients, members and colleagues to convey complex information.
• Outstanding prioritisation to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive to improve processes.
• Desirable professional qualification (e.g. PMI).

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to Defined Benefit DB pension scheme clients and members.
• Perform complex pensions calculations and input data across automated and manual processes.
• Answer queries and communicate complex information to clients and members.
• Peer review and check work for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on technical developments, policy changes and legislation.
• Mentor and develop less experienced teammates.
• Manage small ad hoc projects and assist with risk and compliance procedures.
