Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pension administrator with Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Excellent member service focus with ability to build relationships.
• Good communication skills and positive interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong general IT skills, comfortable with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scheme activities are processed according to rules and SLAs.
• Provide excellent service to pension scheme members through contact.
• Utilize tools and systems to manage assigned cases.
• Calculate member benefits accurately.
• Escalate errors and complaints in a timely manner.
