Job Description:

Due to new business wins, my client, an award-winning Pension Consultancy, is seeking a talented Senior Administrator to join their friendly, award-winning Defined Benefit team.

The role involves prioritizing the daily workload of the team and assisting the Administration Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective pension administration services to clients
  • Completing client work within SLAs and deadlines
  • Handling complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme projects
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, trustees, and senior scheme members
  • Participating in annual projects like renewals, benefit statements, and pension increases
  • Offering guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Contributing to process and procedural improvements

Applicants should have good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and be capable of performing complex calculations related to leavers, retirements, deaths, and transfers. Typically, candidates will have over 3 years of technical experience from a Third Party or In-House background, along with strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills.
