Bruin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the service delivered to a portfolio of pension scheme clients, managing day-to-day activities and supporting the team with training and development.

Key duties include delivering high-quality work to SLAs, processing member events, peer reviewing, communicating with members and trustees, and taking part in meetings with clients. Opportunities to grow within the firm.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work to ensure it is of a high standard and compliant with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicating with members, trustees and other third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at both internal and external meetings (including Trustee and/or client meetings).
• Keep up to date with any changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.
