Qualifications

• Experience liaising with clients and trustees.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and peer review at high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of member calculation processes, DB scheme knowledge, and governing legislation issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and scheme members on complex queries via letter, email, and telephone.
• Perform complex pensions calculations and enter pensions data using automated and manual processes.
• Perform checking activity to support team members and monitor progress with MI reporting.
• Ensure errors and complaints are handled per procedures and timelines.
• Monitor project income and work with manager to deliver client projects on plan and budget.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue within the client group.
