Job summary

Praxis Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support an internal project transferring pensions from private wealth teams to the pension team. You will review client profiles, documents in the data room and ensure accurate categorisation for legal review.

This role requires at least five years of client portfolio experience, a solid understanding of trusts, pension plans and asset risk, and a proactive team player who can meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience managing own portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Check the client profiles to ensure the clients are categorised correctly for later legal review.
• Review the documents within the data room to ensure the correct documentation is sent to the Lawyers preparing the Deeds of Retirement and Appointment for each entity.
• Locate any missing documentation and add it to the data room.
• Remove any unnecessary documents.
