Job summary
DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Pega DevOps Engineer in Manchester to drive the development of our technical landscape and shape DevOps practices. You’ll have autonomy and influence to implement scalable AWS solutions and promote engineering best practices.
The role includes mentoring engineers, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to deliver practical solutions. Competitive pay up to £80,664, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, and excellent benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience working with and deploying applications on the Pega platform.
- Significant experience of developing and supporting AWS cloud‑based applications.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure and Configuration as Code.
- Experience using Unix/Linux/Windows, including scripting.
- Experience in a DevOps environment with Continuous Integration & Deployment.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to support and develop engineers across teams.

- Design and implement AWS solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
