Job summary

Abacus Consulting is seeking a Senior Payroll Technician in Daventry to lead payroll activities and work hands-on with clients. The role offers a pathway to management over time within a supportive team.

You will maintain payroll software, develop and optimise processes, ensure training for staff, and deliver accurate and timely client payrolls. GDPR requirements and delegation of tasks to the team are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent payroll knowledge.
• Broad payroll software knowledge.
• Experience with P11D, PSA and taxable benefits.
• Auto Enrolment knowledge and compliance.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all payroll software to ensure legislative compliance.

As the Senior Payroll Technician your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining all payroll software to ensure legislative compliance.
