Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join the HR and Payroll team in the UK. You will manage monthly payroll and pensions across three entities, handling multi-frequency payrolls and varied contract terms.

We require around 3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, including pensions, HMRC submissions, RTI, and payroll reporting. The role offers hybrid working, onsite parking, and an enhanced pension. This is a hands-on position in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing for monthly paid employees with changes to payroll calculations.
• Experience processing and administering different pension schemes.
• Track record in delivering an efficient payroll service within a Group structure.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-frequency payrolls including part time, full time, enhanced hours, overtime, weekend rates.
• Process end-to-end payroll including starter/leaver contracts using HR and Payroll software.
• Handle pensions, maternity, sick pay and statutory requirements; HMRC RTI submissions.
