Job summary

The Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced 360 agency recruiter to join our Payroll Recruitment team. You will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate and client management, and run end-to-end processes.

You should be a proven 360 recruiter with BD experience and strong relationship-building skills. Expect a competitive base salary, a no-threshold monthly commission scheme, and quarterly plus annual bonuses in a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 agency Recruiter or equivalent in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to win new clients and develop business.
• Strong candidate and client management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and win new business across industries.
• Manage candidate flow and client expectations end-to-end.
• Lead generation and converting leads into live jobs.
• Hold client meetings in person or via video to close deals.
