Job summary

EY UK is looking for a payroll specialist to support delivery of UK payroll implementations within our fast-growing UK Payroll Operate team. You will engage with clients to understand needs, coordinate data migration, and ensure timely, high-quality live runs.

Responsibilities include documenting payroll functionality, drafting client procedures, and partnering with service delivery for smooth handovers to BAU. iTrent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UK payroll experience in a corporate environment.
• Payroll knowledge including AE, RTI, and levy rules.
• Experience with payroll implementations in high-volume settings.
• Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of UK payroll implementations to agreed timelines.
• Understand client payroll needs and develop clear requirements.
• Coordinate data migration, parallel runs and first live processing.
• Document payroll functionality and client procedures accurately.
• Handover to business-as-usual teams and support bespoke reports.
