Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specialising in Pavement Design to join a Midlands-based team delivering infrastructure projects. The role covers pavement design, assessment and rehabilitation across highways, aviation and related projects.

You will develop technically robust and sustainable pavement solutions, work with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to client engagements while taking on increasing responsibility as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Specialist pavement design knowledge within civil engineering.
• Experience across highways, aviation or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to develop practical and sustainable pavement solutions.
• Experience producing technical design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pavement design across highways, aviation and infrastructure projects.
• Support planning, design, assessment and rehabilitation of pavement assets.
• Produce and review technical design information and documentation.
• Coordinate pavement requirements with multidisciplinary teams.
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders and support project delivery.
