Cyber Security training courses in London seeks a Patch Management Specialist – Senior/Platform Lead to lead a strategic patching programme within a regulated financial services setting. You will deploy and configure the patch platform, design the operating model and drive backlog remediation to ensure patch compliance and uptime.

The role combines deep technical patching expertise with operational leadership, reporting on patch compliance, and coordinating change-management with trading

Qualifications

Extensive patch management experience in large enterprise environments.
Tanium Core or strong comparable patching tech experience.
Experience patching Windows Server and Linux at scale.
Ability to drive remediation and backlog reduction.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure the patch platform across endpoints and servers.
Design a tiered deployment model with canary, pilot and broad stages.
Establish the operating model, SLAs and patch reporting.
Integrate patching with client change-management and trading calendars.
Lead remediation of backlog to target state before external assessment.
Define snapshot-before-change controls with the backup lead.
Mentor patch operations engineers.
