Job summary

Guest Motor Group is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator for our Birmingham dealership. You will handle customer enquiries in person and by telephone, and manage administration to support sales and service teams.

Strong organisation, a friendly phone manner and IT skills are essential; invoicing experience is a plus. We offer overtime, a bonus scheme, extended holiday entitlement and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working Hours

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday 42.5 Hours per week

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone
• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner
• Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives
• Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment

Person Specification

• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience with accounting and payment processes including invoicing and payment collection
• Computer literate (word, excel and outlook).
• Excellent administration skills.
